Northern Italy Affected by snow

Deep snowfall has affected transportation in Northern Italy. The snow has caught officials by surprise and as such attempts to clear the transport routes is slow. Expect delays to and from Italy and surrounding areas.

Roadworks have closed one lane on the A40 from Welsh Border towards M50 between the junctions with the A4137 and the A49, minor delays expected until 5pm tonight.
